Job Summary
Family Medicine with OB physician to join AdventHealth Wesley Chapel’s Graduate Medical Education Team. The role involves roughly 70% Family Medicine and 30% Obstetrics with opportunity for OB growth as the program builds volume. Full-time faculty duties include resident supervision, personal clinical time, and administrative responsibilities; work with the Program Director on accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, and curriculum development; serve on program evaluation and clinical competency committees; participate in additional academic/clinical duties; demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with EPIC EMR and Microsoft Office; contribute to maintaining an educational environment aligned with ACGME competencies. Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Family Medicine with Obstetrics
- ACGME accreditation experience or eligibility
- excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and the EPIC EMR
- ability to supervise residents and participate in program evaluation committees
- faculty responsibilities including education environment and curriculum development
