Family Medicine plus OB for GME program - Adventhealth Wesley Chapel

Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician sought to join AdventHealth Wesley Chapel’s Graduate Medical Education team as a full-time faculty member. The role entails a 70/30 split between Family Medicine and Obstetrics, with opportunities for OB growth as the residency program expands. Responsibilities include resident supervision, personal clinical duties, and administrative time; collaborating with the Program Director on program accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, and curriculum development; serving on the program evaluation and clinical competency committees; and other academic and clinical duties as assigned. Ideal candidates will have experience in academic medicine, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with EPIC EMR and Microsoft Office. The position emphasizes education, mentorship of residents and medical students, and contributing to a high-quality, patient-centered care environment.
