Family Medicine plus OB for GME program - Adventhealth Wesley Chapel

Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician sought to join AdventHealth Wesley Chapel's Graduate Medical Education team. Role involves a roughly 70% family medicine and 30% obstetrics split, with potential OB growth as the program expands. Responsibilities include resident supervision, personal clinical work, administrative duties, and collaboration with the Program Director on accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, curriculum development, and coaching. Faculty will participate in program evaluation and clinical competency committees, and maintain an educational environment aligned with ACGME competencies. Requires strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with EPIC EMR and MS Office; commitment to educating residents and medical students; and the ability to model professionalism. Full-time role with a mix of clinical, educational, and academic duties.
