Family Medicine plus OB for GME program - Adventhealth Wesley Chapel

Family Medicine with OB physician sought to join AdventHealth Wesley Chapel as part of a growing Graduate Medical Education team. The role is 70% Family Medicine and 30% Obstetrics with opportunities for OB growth as the program expands. Responsibilities include supervising residents, working with the Program Director on accreditation, recruiting and scheduling residents, developing curriculum, serving on the program evaluation and clinical competency committees, and executing additional academic/clinical duties as assigned. Will participate in administering an educational environment aligned with ACGME competency areas, and contribute to resident education, teaching medical students, and clinical staff supervision. Requires excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; strong computer skills including EPIC EMR; and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care. Full-time with a schedule balancing resident supervision, personal clinical work, and administrative duties.
