Job Summary
Faculty physician for the Family Medicine with Obstetrics track within AdventHealth Wesley Chapel's GME program. Role entails ~70% family medicine and ~30% obstetrics with potential growth in OB volume as the program expands. Responsibilities include resident supervision, personal clinical duties, and administrative time; collaborate with the Program Director on accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, and curriculum development; participate in the program evaluation and clinical competency committees; contribute to teaching medical students and residents; maintain an educational environment aligned with ACGME competencies; and demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills while utilizing EPIC EMR and MS Office. Prioritizes excellence in education, resident experience, patient care, and program quality; qualifications include BC/BE in Family Medicine with Obstetrics and an interest in academic medicine, with ability to contribute to physician education and program administration.
