Family Medicine plus OB for GME program - Adventhealth Wesley Chapel

Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician sought to join AdventHealth Wesley Chapel’s Growing Graduate Medical Education team. The role is a full-time faculty position featuring a split schedule of resident supervision, personal clinical practice, and administrative duties. Responsibilities include working with the Program Director on program accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, curriculum development, and resident coaching; serving on program evaluation and clinical competency committees; administering the educational environment to support residents and medical students; and modeling professionalism. Ideal candidates will have experience in academic medicine, strong communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency with EPIC EMR and Microsoft Office. The role emphasizes resident and patient experience with a 70% family medicine and 30% obstetrics mix, with call 1:3 from home or office and one weekend of call per month; potential for OB growth as the program expands.
