Family Medicine Physician (without OB) - Outpatient Primary Care

Outpatient Family Medicine Physician sought for full-time, in-person practice in Grand Junction, CO. Four-day workweek (4x10s) with no weekends, average 15-17 patients per day, integrated behavioral health across clinic pods, on-site pharmacy and dental services, and collaboration with a robust care team (MAs, RNs, patient navigators, case managers, care coordinators).
