Family Medicine Physician (with Teaching Opportunity) - Indiana

Provide full-scope primary care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including preventive care, wellness exams, and management of acute illnesses and chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. Perform minor in-office procedures such as skin biopsies, incision and drainage, and joint injections while documenting encounters in the electronic medical record. Supervise and teach medical students and residents through bedside instruction, case conferences, and learner evaluation, contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in interdisciplinary team-based care within an outpatient clinic or academic training environment.
