Family Medicine Physician

Conduct primary care services including internal medicine, routine exams, immunizations, gynecology, pediatric care, laboratory services, podiatry, nutrition counseling, and care management. Deliver individualized, high-quality care with compassion and respect to adults, children, and families medically underserved in the community. Work within a multidisciplinary team approach integrating primary, specialty, and preventive care at the Family Health Center. No call schedule with extended hours until 6 p.m. on Thursday.
