Job Summary
Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs by conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, at testing centers, or via tele-health. Treat patients while utilizing specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures and supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues. Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams through daily huddles. Maintain state licensure in California and board certification or eligibility with plans to obtain certification within one year. This full-time role is based in the West Portal, San Francisco office.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
