Job Summary
Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs including acute, chronic, and well visits; providing in-office and testing-center care with occasional tele-health visits; supervising NP/PA colleagues; and collaborating with in-person and virtual teams. Requires board certification/eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine, CA medical license, completion of an approved residency, and relevant outpatient experience. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available; base compensation in the $308.7k–$328k range plus potential bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in California, obtained before start date
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
