Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician needed in West Portal, San Francisco area to manage a patient panel with acute, chronic and well visits; perform in-office or testing-center visits and occasional tele-health; participate in weekly Clinical Rounds; collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams; utilize specialty training to perform in-office procedures; supervise one or more NP or PA; requires CA medical license and residency in Internal or Family Medicine; board certified or board eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year; base salary $308,700-$328,000 with potential annual incentive/bonus and comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in California before start date
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
