Family Medicine physician sought for a clinic-based practice in Waterloo, IA. One location with an established team comprising 4 Family Medicine physicians, 3 Advanced Practice Providers, and 2 Internal Medicine physicians. Shared call with nurse triage support; all specialties and services onsite. J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcome. Two-year income guarantee of $290,100 per year plus a $150,000 bonus package and production incentives. Moving allowance up to $15,000.
