Clinic-based Family Medicine physician role in Waterloo, IA joining an established team of 4 FM physicians (plus APNs and Internal Medicine physicians) with shared phone call and nurse triage support, on-site full range of services, J-1 and H-1B visa eligibility, 2-year income guarantee of $290,100 per year plus a $150,000 bonus package and moving allowance up to $15,000. Expect collaborative, patient-centered care in a single-location clinic with comprehensive benefits including malpractice tail coverage, CME, PTO, retirement plans, disability and wellness offerings.
