Join a busy, well-established Family Medicine clinic in Waterloo, Iowa, in a clinic-based practice at a single location with an established team of 4 Family Medicine physicians, 3 Advanced Practice Providers, and 2 Internal Medicine physicians. Enjoy a collaborative environment with strong specialty support and excellent work-life balance, shared phone call with nurse triage support, and on-site access to all specialties. Visa sponsorship is available (J-1 and H-1B). Compensation includes a 2-year income guarantee of $290,100 per year, a $150,000 bonus package, production incentives, and a moving allowance up to $15,000.
