Clinic-based Family Medicine physician needed in Waterloo, IA to join an established team of 4 Family Medicine physicians with 3 APs and 2 Internal Medicine physicians, providing shared call with nurse triage support. Offers a 2-year income guarantee of $290,100 per year plus a $150,000 bonus package, production incentives, and relocation assistance up to $15,000. Comprehensive benefits including paid tail malpractice insurance, CME/vacation/holidays (up to 31 days/year), and retirement plans (403(b)/457(b)). Required Qualifications
- MD/DO license to practice medicine in Iowa
- Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine
