Conduct family medicine and obstetrics care for a full panel in a rural multi-specialty clinic, working independently and collaboratively with physicians and advanced practice practitioners. Manage patient care within a 25-bed critical access hospital setting that includes a 24-hour emergency department, intensive care, and imaging services. Maintain California licensure and meet hospital medical staff credentialing standards while utilizing the Cerner EHR system. Earn a starting bonus and income guarantee with production compensation, including a wage scale of $361,000 to $466,000. Potential to work with FM residents in the local residency program.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine with OB
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other specialties in the same clinic
- California licensed or eligible
- Board eligible or certified
- Ability to meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards
- Ability to receive all required vaccinations, including measles, mumps, flu, and COVID-19 vaccine
