Job Summary
Conduct outpatient family medicine or internal medicine services in a team-based practice within Monticello, GA, utilizing an optimized EMR with full telehealth capability. Manage walk-in and PCP overflow supported by highly trained staff, while engaging in knowledge-sharing opportunities across a national network of colleagues. Maintain current, unrestricted state licensure, Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment. Hold current BLS or ACLS certification and DEA registration, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified/Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physicians
- 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience, post residency
- Current, unrestricted State license or be eligible for licensure
- Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Active registration or eligibility to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
- Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll
- Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; Athena preferred
