Job Summary
VillageMD is seeking Board-Certified/Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to join a team-based primary care practice in Locust Grove, GA. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, value-based care across traditional, home, and virtual care settings, with access to cross-trained care management and population health teams, a telehealth-enabled EMR with a virtual scribe, and leadership support. Key responsibilities include outpatient patient care across age groups, collaboration with physician leaders and multidisciplinary teams, leveraging an optimized EMR and telehealth capabilities, and maintaining state licensure and DEA eligibility. Required Qualifications
- Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current, unrestricted State license or be eligible for licensure
- BLS or ACLS certification
- Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility
- DEA registration eligibility or active
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience preferred
