Job Summary
Board-certified/eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician needed for a team-based primary care practice in Locust Grove, GA. The role emphasizes patient-centered, value-based care across traditional, home, and virtual settings within a multi-provider network. The physician will work within an integrated care framework supported by population health teams, with access to leadership and regular town-hall and practice meetings. The role includes outpatient care responsibilities, collaboration across clinics, and utilization of an optimized EMR with telehealth capability and a virtual scribe via Suki to reduce administrative burden. Required Qualifications
- Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required
- 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience, post residency is preferred, but not required
- Must hold current, unrestricted State license or be eligible for licensure
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Must be actively registered or eligible to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
- Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll
- Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
