Job Summary
Conduct outpatient family medicine and internal medicine care for patients in traditional practices, homes, and virtually via telehealth. Manage walk-in and PCP overflow with support from highly trained staff while utilizing an optimized EMR system. Maintain current state licensure, Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment. Hold BLS or ACLS certification and DEA registration. Join a physician-led network in Lebanon, KY offering reduced administrative burden and access to national knowledge-sharing opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified/Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physicians
- 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience, post residency
- Current, unrestricted State license or be eligible for licensure
- Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Active registration or eligibility to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
- Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll
- Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
