Job Summary
Conduct primary care visits for patients, developing individualized health and wellness plans with strong interpersonal engagement. Manage a whole-person, team-based approach integrating behavioral health, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, and social workers within the same office visit. Serve vulnerable populations as part of a faith-based, collegial environment at SAC Health System's Indio clinic. Board certification and primary care experience are required for this Level 3 NCQA-accredited Family Medicine role.
