Job Summary
Provide primary care to patients in Indio, CA, developing individualized health and wellness plans through strong interpersonal relationships. Manage the clinic within a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home, coordinating integrated behavioral health, dieticians, pharmacists, social workers, and chaplains during visits. Serve vulnerable populations as part of a faith-based, collegial team supported by over 100 community partners. Board-certified family physicians with primary care experience are required for this full-time role at SAC Health System's teaching health center.
