Job Summary
Conduct primary care visits for underserved populations, developing individualized health and wellness plans with each patient. Deliver integrated care by coordinating with behavioral health, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, social workers, and chaplains within the same office visit. Manage a collegial, faith-based environment while serving as a medical director for experienced candidates. Maintain a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home standard and support over 900 medical residents and students from Loma Linda University. Requires Board Certification and California residency.
