Job Summary
Conduct primary care visits and develop individualized health and wellness plans for patients within a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home. Manage care for over 900 medical residents and students from Loma Linda University while collaborating with integrated behavioral health, dieticians, and social workers to provide whole-person care. Work within a faith-based environment serving vulnerable populations, potentially assuming a medical directorship role. Maintain California residency for start date eligibility.
