Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care visits for underserved populations, developing individualized health and wellness plans for each patient. Manage a whole-person, team-based approach that integrates behavioral health, dietetics, clinical pharmacy, social work, and chaplaincy services within the same office visit. Collaborate with over 100 community partners to extend support beyond clinical care for vulnerable populations. Join Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group at SAC Health System's clinic in Indio, CA, where a medical directorship may be available for experienced candidates. Work in a collegial, faith-based environment serving as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home.
