Job Summary
Provide primary care to patients at SAC Health System's clinic in Indio, developing individual health and wellness plans through strong interpersonal relationships. Deliver integrated whole-person care by coordinating with behavioral health, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, social workers, and chaplains within the same office visit. Serve over 900 medical residents and students from Loma Linda University, supporting underserved populations through partnerships with more than 100 community organizations. Board-certified Family Physicians with primary care experience are required. California residency is mandatory upon start date.
