Job Summary
Conduct primary care visits for patients, developing individual health and wellness plans through strong interpersonal engagement. Deliver integrated behavioral health, dietetics, clinical pharmacists, social worker, and chaplain support within the same office visit. Manage a steady patient volume consistent with a faith-based, collegial environment at SAC Health System's Indio clinic. Board certification and primary care experience required. California residency is required upon start date.
