Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care visits for underserved populations within a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home, integrating behavioral health, dietetics, pharmacists, and social workers during single office visits. Develop individualized health and wellness plans for patients while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships. Provide whole-person, full-scope care supported by over 100 community partnerships and affiliated Loma Linda University specialists. Board certification in family medicine with primary care experience is required. Board-Certified Family Physician with primary care experience is required.
