Job Summary
Conduct primary care visits for patients in Blythe, CA, developing individualized health and wellness plans while fostering strong interpersonal relationships. Provide whole-person care by integrating behavioral health, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, social workers, and chaplains within the same office visit. Serve as a Board-Certified Family Physician with experience in an FQHC environment, supporting over 900 medical residents and students from Loma Linda University. Work within a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home to address the needs of underserved populations through partnerships with 100+ community organizations.
