Job Summary
Conduct primary care for underserved populations while developing individualized health and wellness plans for each patient. Deliver whole-person care through an integrated team-based approach that includes behavioral health, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, social workers, and chaplains within the same office visit. Collaborate with over 100 community partners to extend supports beyond clinical work. Board Certified Family Physician with strong interpersonal skills required. Full-time position in Barstow, CA with a salary range of $285,000 - $340,000. California residency required; not eligible for Conrad 30 Waiver.
