Job Summary
Conduct primary care for underserved populations in Barstow, CA, delivering whole-person care that integrates behavioral health, dietetics, clinical pharmacists, social workers, and chaplaincy within a single office visit. Build strong relationships with each patient to develop individualized health and wellness plans. Work within a Level-3 Patient-Centered Medical Home model supported by over 100 community partners and affiliated with Loma Linda University Health. This Board Certified Family Physician role offers a salary of $285,000 - $340,000 and includes generous retirement, comprehensive medical/dental coverage, CME days, relocation assistance, and paid malpractice insurance. California residency is required upon start date.
