Job Summary
Conduct primary care visits for underserved populations within a faith-based environment, developing individualized health and wellness plans for each patient. Deliver whole-person care by coordinating integrated behavioral health, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, and social workers during office visits. Serve as a Board-Certified Family Physician with strong interpersonal skills, working alongside over 100 community partners to support vulnerable residents.
