Job Summary
Conduct primary care for underserved populations in a faith-based, Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home environment. Develop individualized health and wellness plans for each patient while collaborating with integrated behavioral health, dieticians, pharmacists, and social workers within the same office visit. Work alongside over 900 medical residents and students from Loma Linda University to serve the surrounding 4 million-person region. Board certification and primary care experience are required.
