Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care for underserved populations within a faith-based, Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home environment. Develop individualized health and wellness plans for each patient while collaborating with integrated behavioral health, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, and social workers during office visits. Serve as a Board-Certified Family Physician with strong interpersonal skills, working alongside over 100 community partners to provide whole-person care. Join the Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group at SAC Health System - San Bernardino, where you will mentor over 900 medical residents and students. This role requires California residency and offers a starting base compensation of $255,000-$310,000.
