Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care for underserved populations within a faith-based, collegial environment. Develop individualized health and wellness plans for each patient while leveraging integrated behavioral health, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, and social workers for whole-person care. Manage a team-based approach that extends beyond clinical visits through partnerships with over 100 community organizations. Board-certified Family Physicians with primary care experience are required to join this Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home. Starting base compensation ranges from $255,000 to $310,000, adjusted for faculty rank and experience. Candidates must reside in California to start.
