Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care for underserved populations within a faith-based, Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home environment. Develop individualized health and wellness plans for patients while integrating behavioral health, dietetics, pharmacists, and social workers during visits. Serve as a Board-Certified Family Physician with strong interpersonal skills, working alongside over 100 community partners to provide whole-person care. Join the Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group at SAC Health System - San Bernardino, where you will mentor residents and students in a collegial setting. California residency is required upon start date.
