Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care for underserved populations within a faith-based, collegial environment. Deliver whole-person care by integrating behavioral health, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, social workers, and chaplains during single office visits. Collaborate with over 100 community partners to support vulnerable patients and develop individualized health and wellness plans. Serve as a Board Certified Family Physician in a Level-3 Patient-Centered Medical Home, affiliated with Loma Linda University Health's largest tertiary referral source.
