Job Summary
Conduct primary care for underserved populations as a Board-Certified Family Physician within a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home. Develop individualized health and wellness plans for patients while integrating behavioral health, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, social workers, and chaplains into single office visits. Serve over 900 medical residents and students from Loma Linda University in a faith-based, collegial environment. Work with more than 100 community partners to provide whole-person care to a surrounding population approaching 4 million.
