Job Summary
Manage adult and pediatric patient populations in a 100% outpatient setting with an average of 20 to 25 patients daily. Perform clinical duties in the clinic and potentially in Urgent Care, utilizing Epic EHR. Participate in teaching opportunities with the recently accredited Family Medicine program if interested. Operate under a two-year salary guarantee and RVU-based compensation model starting in year 2, with additional RVU bonus potential. Enjoy flexible scheduling and access to loan or mortgage assistance up to $200,000, plus a sign-on bonus up to $50,000.
