Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care in a family medicine setting across the age continuum; diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; perform patient assessments, order tests, prescribe medications and immunizations; coordinate referrals; support preventative care initiatives and chronic disease management; supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants; participate in rotating after-hours on-call; ensure accurate clinical documentation, billing compliance, and regulatory reporting; contribute to workflow improvements and patient engagement within multiple Pomona-area clinical service locations.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active and unrestricted California Physician License
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active DEA License
- Current BLS Certification (AHA approved)
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
