Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses while conducting wellness exams and managing preventive care. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations and educate patients and families regarding disease prevention and treatment options. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted South Carolina Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
