Job Summary
Provide direct patient care across pediatrics to geriatrics, procedures, injections, women's health, and MAT. Develop longitudinal relationships with an existing patient base using a proactive, preventative care approach. Work cross-functionally with other medical surgical specialties while growing as a clinician through mentorship from new colleagues. Maintain a patient-centric mindset to deliver high-quality service in outpatient-only settings. Full-time schedule includes 32 patient-facing hours per week; part-time options available. Join a shared call group of 14 providers. Sturdy Health is an integrated healthcare system serving 170,000 residents across suburban Boston and Providence with over 30 ambulatory locations.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
- Passionate about primary care for patients of all ages
- Invigorated by caring for multigenerational families
- Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or ability to obtain
