Family Medicine Physician - Streets of Caledonia Urgent Care Clinic

Conduct comprehensive assessments, including patient history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing for all patients. Diagnose and treat a variety of acute illnesses, injuries, and infections while developing individualized treatment plans and prescribing medications. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Provide 15–20-minute visits from 8am to 8pm on a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role requires direct patient contact and the ability to stand and move throughout the clinic for extended periods at our newest facility in O'Fallon, MO.
