Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician sought for a full-time outpatient practice in Stillwater, NY, with hospital-affiliated support. Join an existing practice with strong patient demand; responsibilities include care for patients of all ages, routine pediatric exams, adolescent and adult/geriatric care, annual physicals, disease prevention, and immunizations. Features include a shared call rotation (≈1 in 70 days), physician-governed organization, possibility of flexible scheduling (3, 4, or 5 days), opportunities for teaching and leadership, and potential for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired. Competitive base salary with RVU-based productivity incentives and quality bonuses; starting bonuses and loan repayment options available. NY licensure and DEA required; Board Certified; open to new graduates or experienced physicians. CME allowance and comprehensive benefits provided. Location: Stillwater Family Health Center, Stillwater, NY (with related reference to Saratoga Springs, NY).
