Job Summary
Conduct outpatient Family Medicine services for adult and pediatric patients at our established practice in Starke, Florida. Manage clinical duties within a Monday through Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm, with no weekend coverage. Maintain an active Florida physician license and hold a B/E or B/C degree in Family Medicine or Primary Care. While one year of prior experience is preferred, new residents are welcomed to join the team. Full-time and part-time positions are available with a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vacation, PTO, and a 401K plan.

- B/E or B/C Physician in Family Medicine or Primary Care
- Active Physician license in Florida
