Job Summary
Board-certified Family Medicine physician sought to join St. Luke's University Health Network at our new Bangor, PA location. The successful candidate will lead a newly established autonomous practice as the sole physician, supported by an Advanced Practice Provider (APP). Candidates should excel in clinical decision-making, exhibit strong leadership capabilities, and be entrepreneurial in shaping the culture and direction of a growing Family Medicine team. This is a full-time opportunity with substantial compensation and a starting bonus, team-based care, and comprehensive benefits; visa sponsorship is not available. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in a primary care setting and are prepared to participate in teaching, research, quality improvement, and strategic development within the network.
