Job Summary
Conduct outpatient-focused Family Medicine practice with approximately 36 patient contact hours per week in Redmond, Oregon. Manage shared clinic call rotations supported by physicians and advanced practice providers while performing procedures based on training and interests. Deliver care across the patient lifespan within a collaborative, physician-led team that integrates behavioral health, clinical pharmacy, and population health resources. Utilize Epic EMR and integrated care coordination tools to support quality improvement and patient-centered outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Oregon medical license or ability to obtain
- Unrestricted DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Family Medicine practice
