Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, routine check-ups, preventive care, and health screenings. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans while collaborating with specialists and care teams to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment focused on quality patient outcomes. This outpatient-only role in St. Augustine, Coastal Florida offers a balanced schedule within a multidisciplinary setting featuring on-site diagnostics and labs.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
