Job Summary
Provide full-scope primary care to patients of all ages by diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, performing routine physical examinations, and developing individualized treatment plans. Prescribe medications as appropriate, educate patients on health maintenance and wellness, and coordinate care with specialists. Maintain accurate medical documentation in the electronic health record while participating in quality improvement, compliance, and patient safety initiatives within a collaborative, team-based outpatient setting. Requires an MD or DO degree, Family Medicine residency, board eligibility, and active state licensure. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible state medical license
- Current BLS/ACLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
